Job summary

Seven Search and Selection Ltd is seeking an experienced Buyer for Crisps and Snacks to develop and implement a customer-centric category strategy. You will manage ranges for retail and wholesale, negotiate terms with suppliers, and support promotional plans to drive sales and profits.

The role requires strong supplier relationships, data-driven insights, and ability to collaborate across merchandising, marketing and retail operations. Hybrid working is offered with core in-office presence.

Qualifications

Experience negotiating with suppliers and securing favourable terms.
Proven ability to build and manage supplier partnerships.
Strong data and insights capability for category strategy.
Experience developing customer-centric category plans for retail/wholesale.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement and review a customer-centric category strategy for Crisps and Snacks.
Manage product ranges across retail and wholesale channels.
Negotiate favorable commercial terms with suppliers to support EDLC and Buy 4 Less initiatives.
Develop and maintain supplier partnerships and Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
Develop pricing frameworks across retail and wholesale.
