Job summary

Seven Search and Selection Ltd is seeking a Category Executive to support category managers and help develop growth campaigns across multiple channels. You will analyze market trends and customer insights to inform strategies and identify new growth opportunities for both own-brand and branded business.

You will collaborate with Buying, Sales and Suppliers to ensure successful execution of category strategies and coordinate with the campaign and activation team for promotions, in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a commercial setting or related role, preferably within food or retail.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to identify trends and opportunities in data.
• Creative thinker with a flair for innovation and thinking outside the box.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder communication skills; result-focused.
• Confident in working cross-functionally with internal departments and external suppliers.

Responsibilities

• As category executive you will support the category managers and the development of growth campaigns to increase market share and drive revenue with customers.
• The category executive will analyse market trends and customer insights to inform product and category strategies
• The category executive is responsible for identifying new growth opportunities and developing category management plans to meet customer and business needs
• The category executive will collaborate cross-functionally with Buying, Sales, and Suppliers to ensure effective execution of category strategies
• You will also coordinate with the campaign & activation team for effective promotions
• As category executive you will be involved in supporting both own brand and branded business across various channels.
