Paragon Social Care in Tees Valley is seeking compassionate and resilient Children’s Support Workers to help improve the lives of young people in local authority care. You will provide trauma-informed care, build trusting relationships, and support education, life skills and independence to help youth prepare for their next chapter.
The role offers extensive training, flexible patterns, and opportunities for progression, with pay between £17.50 and £28 per hour depending on PAYE or Umbrella
