Job summary

Paragon Social Care is seeking compassionate Children’s Support Workers to make a meaningful difference for young people in local authority care. You will deliver trauma-informed care, support education and life skills, prepare meals, and promote healthy lifestyles, while advocating for young people and coordinating with medical appointments and community activities.

Requirements

A relevant qualification (such as NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care) is desirable but not essential — we’ll support the right people to grow.
