Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for a Crisis Response clinician (Nurse, OT, or Social Worker) to join the Buckinghamshire Mental Health Services in High Wycombe. The role focuses on delivering intensive home-based crisis interventions as part of the Urgent Care Pathway.

You will work with psychiatrists and psychologists, providing risk-managed, patient-centered care in the least restrictive setting, with opportunities for training and development.

Competenze

• Registered professionals educated to degree level or equivalent.
• UK professional registration required.
• Understanding of IT programs including Microsoft Excel and Office.

Mansioni

• Develop individualised care packages for service users and families.
• Deliver home treatment interventions and online acute treatment programme.
• Work with clinicians to provide crisis intervention and home treatment services.
