Job summary

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust invites a Consultant Psychiatrist to lead the Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team in High Wycombe. You will provide senior medical input, clinical leadership, and manage adults at risk of mental health crisis.

You will work with MDTs to enable early discharge, support inpatient wards, and contribute to service development with SPA time and relocation assistance where eligible.

Qualifications

• Fully registered with the GMC and on the Specialist Register or within six months of achieving CCT.
• Demonstrated leadership in crisis and home treatment settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior medical input and clinical leadership to the CRHTT.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate inpatient and community care.
• Oversee diagnosis, management, and treatment for adults at risk of mental health crisis.
