You will operate within a 24/7 rota, under supervision of registered professionals, and demonstrate compassionate, trauma-informed recovery-focused care.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use.
• Experience in mental health crisis care preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical and emotional support to adults experiencing mental health crises.
• Support home visits and community-based care within CRHT.
• Assist with risk monitoring and care planning.
