Job summary

Oxford Health is recruiting an Administrator to join the Oxfordshire Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team as a Band 3 Administrator. The role provides essential administrative and operational support to enable timely patient care in a fast-paced 24/7 service.

The post is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with shifts from 08:00 to 16:00, 09:00 to 17:00 and 10:00 to 18:00, supporting a multidisciplinary team in a community setting across Oxfordshire.

Qualifications

• Experience using Office programs including Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
• Experience as an Administrator.
• Understanding of confidentiality.
• Dealing with clients in a caring and understanding way.

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive range of administrative services to support the effective operation of the department.
• Undertake routine office duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, document preparation and record management.
• Monitor and order stationery, office supplies and other consumables within agreed processes.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including post and electronic communications, ensuring timely action and distribution.
• Maintain accurate electronic and paper-based records in accordance with Trust policies and information governance requirements.
