Job summary

Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking Bank Staying Well Practitioners to join an acute service in Crawley. The team works with Waythrough to provide a crisis response for adults in mental health crisis, operating daily with shifts from 14:00 to 01:00 and enhanced pay for evenings and weekends.

We welcome experienced, registered professionals from nursing, social work and OT backgrounds who are able to perform crisis assessment, support Recovery Workers, and deliver person-centred

Qualifications

• Registered professionals with current registration to practice in their field.
• Experience in crisis assessment in mental health settings.
• Ability to work across disciplines to deliver person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Support Recovery Workers in delivering person-centred care in a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Assist in reducing emotional and psychological distress and promote independence.
• Provide crisis assessment and appropriate signposting within crisis pathways.
