Responsibilities

• Receive information from emergency service colleagues and advise on clinical presentation of a person in crisis.
• Conduct hear-and-treat telephone interventions or attend scenes for face-to-face holistic assessments and care planning.
• Complete written records of referrals, interventions, and outcomes.
• Advise on alternative pathways to avoid unnecessary conveyance to A&E and promote least restrictive practice.
