Job summary

Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust in Crawley is seeking Staying Well Practitioners to join an acute mental health service operating 14:00–01:00, with a crisis caf model and generous enhancements for evenings and weekends. You must be registered with NMC/HCPC/Social Work England and have crisis assessment experience to support safety and recovery.

We offer a £2,000 Golden Hello incentive for band 6 Nurses & Practitioners or a relocation package up to £2,000, plus NHS Pension, generous

Qualifications

• Registered mental health professional with current registration.
• Experience of crisis assessment in mental health settings.
• Knowledge of psycho-social factors in crisis.
• Able to work collaboratively to deliver person-centred care.
• Awareness of Trust policies and service specifications.

Responsibilities

• Support Recovery Workers in delivering person-centred care in a safe environment.
• Assist in recovery for adult mental health service users in the community.
• Signpost to A&E avoidance where appropriate and ensure smooth transitions.
• Contribute to crisis assessment workflows and risk management.
