Protocol Education is seeking Criminology and Psychology graduates to work as Behaviour Mentors in SEMH schools across Blyth, Ashington and Bedlington. This is a full-time, school-based role offering practical experience supporting pupils with behavioural and emotional needs.

Protocol Education is recruiting Criminology Graduates to work as Behaviour Mentors within specialist SEMH schools across Blyth, Ashington and Bedlington.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience working with pupils who require additional behavioural and emotional support.

Location: Blyth, Ashington & Bedlington
Contract: Full-Time

About the Role

Many pupils have experienced barriers to learning and need consistent adults who can build positive relationships and support them to succeed.

You will work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams to support engagement, attendance and personal development.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
