Protocol Education is recruiting Criminology Graduates to work as Behaviour Mentors in specialist SEMH schools across Blyth, Ashington and Bedlington. This is a full-time role offering experience supporting pupils with behavioural and emotional needs.

Role involves working with teaching and pastoral teams to boost engagement, attendance, and personal development, with 1:1 support and positive role-model behavior.

Qualifications

• Relevant criminology or psychology degree required.
• Experience or interest in supporting vulnerable young people is preferred.
• DBS check and safeguarding training may be required.

Protocol Education is recruiting Criminology Graduates to work as Behaviour Mentors within specialist SEMH schools across Blyth, Ashington and Bedlington.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience working with pupils who require additional behavioural and emotional support.

Location: Blyth, Ashington & Bedlington
Contract: Full-Time

About the Role

Many pupils have experienced barriers to learning and need consistent adults who can build positive relationships and support them to succeed.

You will work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams to support engagement, attendance and personal development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
