Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd is recruiting a Criminology Graduate Behaviour Mentor to join a specialist PMLD setting in Wallsend. You will support pupils with SEMH needs, encourage positive behaviour choices and build strong relationships to help students re-engage with learning.

The role focuses on assisting emotional regulation, working both 1:1 and in small groups, and collaborating with teaching staff to promote confidence and resilience in pupils.

Protocol Education is recruiting a full-time Criminology Graduate Behaviour Mentor to join a specialist PMLD setting in Wallsend. This role is ideal for graduates looking to gain practical experience working with young people who may face barriers related to behaviour, emotional wellbeing and engagement with education.

You’ll work closely with pupils, helping them develop coping strategies, positive relationships and the confidence to succeed both academically and personally.
