Job summary

DAC Beachcroft is seeking a paralegal to join the Criminal Motor Defence team, primarily operating remotely across England and Wales. You will assist on serious motoring offences, attend court with counsel, and manage billing and KPIs while handling confidential information in line with firm protocols.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of criminal litigation experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel with a full driving licence.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in criminal litigation.
• Police station accreditation required.
• Excellent communication and client handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide police station representation to drivers under investigation.
• Attend Magistrates' Court and Crown Court with counsel.
• Manage own caseload with billing and KPIs.
• Travel as required with driving licence.
