Are you ready to lead with purpose and make a difference? We are seeking a motivated and experienced Criminal Justice Team Leader to join our established Together Drug and Alcohol Service in Devon.
This is an exciting opportunity to oversee the criminal justice services within the Devon team, managing all aspects of service delivery, including line management, caseload oversight, KPI monitoring, and collaboration with partner agencies.
The successful candidate will be a flexible, dedicated manager overseeing hubs in Devon, including Newton Abbot, Exeter, and Barnstaple, with remote working where possible. Expenses for additional mileage will be reimbursed, and your base will be at the nearest hub.

This is a part-time (18.5 hours/week), permanent role.
Each day in the Criminal Justice Team is dynamic and rewarding. The day begins with a team check-in to set priorities and address urgent cases. The rest of the day may involve coaching team members, reviewing data, working with the Criminal Justice Manager to improve processes, attending multi-agency meetings, or responding to safeguarding concerns. The role involves close collaboration with Probation, courts, police custody suites, and other criminal justice agencies.
Ultimately, the role involves shaping a service that transforms lives, offering challenges, growth, and the daily reminder that meaningful change is possible.
