Are you motivated to lead and make a difference? We seek a Criminal Justice Team Leader to join our Together Drug and Alcohol Service in Devon.
This role involves overseeing all aspects of the criminal justice service, including line management, case load oversight, KPI monitoring, and collaboration with partner agencies. You will manage teams across Devon, including Newton Abbot, Exeter, and Barnstaple, with remote working where possible. Expenses for mileage are covered, and your base will be the nearest hub.
Ideal candidates will have knowledge of the criminal justice sector, preferably with drug and alcohol expertise, or transferable skills. We welcome creative, hardworking team players with leadership vision and results orientation.
This is a part-time (18.5 hours/week), permanent position.
Every day varies—morning team check-ins, coaching, reviewing data, multi-agency meetings, or supporting colleagues through challenges. The role involves working closely with probation, courts, police, and other agencies, aiming to create impactful change for clients and professionals alike.
