Job summary

United Offshore Support GmbH is seeking an experienced HR Superintendent to own crew operations, workforce planning and compliance across our fleet. You will drive crew rotations, manage international travel logistics and support recruitment for offshore personnel.

The role requires 3–5 years in crewing or HR within shipping or offshore sectors, strong knowledge of STCW/MLC, and excellent organizational skills. Fluent English is essential; German is a plus, with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Crewing, HR or Workforce Management within shipping or offshore.
• Strong knowledge of STCW, MLC and crew certification requirements.
• Experience with international crew logistics and workforce planning.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity, accountability and professionalism.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage crew rotations, manning plans and crew change operations.
• Coordinate international travel, visas and related logistics.
• Support recruitment, interviewing and onboarding of offshore personnel.
• Maintain crew records, certifications and compliance documentation.
• Ensure compliance with STCW, MLC and applicable labor regulations.
• Monitor training requirements and crew competence development.
• Support audits, vessel visits and client requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement of crewing processes and systems.
• Support budgeting, reporting and HR-related projects
