Job summary

TUI Airways in Luton is seeking a Crew Training Executive to plan and roster our training programs for Flight and Cabin Crew in the Northern Region. You will optimise rosters to minimise disruptions while ensuring compliance with legal agreements and budget limits.

You will liaise with Manpower Planning, Crew Planning and Flight Operations Training to deliver robust training plans and efficient use of resources. This is an onsite role with 4 on/4 off shifts 07:00–19:00.

Qualifications

• Experience in airline crewing/training environment preferred.
• Understanding of airline legal agreements desirable.
• Process and detail oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate training requirements for Flight and Cabin Crew.
• Ensure compliance with legal/industrial agreements and budgets.
• Manage ad hoc training requests and new entrant programs.
• Collaborate with Manpower Planning, Crew Planning & Flight Ops Training.
