Job summary

TUI Airways is seeking a Crew Training Executive to lead planning and coordination of training for Flight and Cabin Crew in the Northern Region. The role focuses on rostering, compliance with legal agreements, and budget adherence, serving as the main contact for trainers and crew training queries outside office hours.

Based in Luton Head Office, you will work 4 on/4 off, 0700–1900, onsite. The role concentrates on producing robust training schedules, not training development or delivery.

Qualifications

• IT literate with at least GCSE/O-Level education or equivalent.
• Experience in an airline crewing/training environment is desirable.
• Understanding of airline legal agreements preferred.
• Process and detail oriented with strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
• Excellent written and spoken communication, with ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and coordination of all training requirements for Flight and Cabin Crew within the published roster.
• Ensure compliance with legal and industrial agreements while meeting budget constraints.
• Manage ad hoc training requests, entry programs, and course conversions.
• Collaborate with Manpower Planning, Crew Planning, Airline Operations, and Flight Operations Training teams.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to optimise training plans and resource use.
• Organise and roster all elements of the training plan within TUI Airways.
