Job summary

TUI Airways is seeking an Assistant Crew Controller to join the Operations team. You will be the first point of contact for Flight Deck and Cabin crew, ensuring rosters are accurate and the flying programme is maintained.

In a fast-paced, 24/7 environment, you will work with the Operations team and other stakeholders to optimise resources while upholding safety, policy compliance, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced operational environment.
• Experience with policy or legislative agreements.
• Creative problem solver capable of arriving at logical decisions.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and working under pressure.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Process and detail oriented with strong organisational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence.
• Experience in the Airline/Aviation industry or keen interest.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for both the Flight Deck and Cabin crew community within TUI Airways.
• Responsible for maintaining and amending changes to the crew communities live roster, ensuring the flying programme is maintained.
• Work closely and collaboratively with the Operations team and other key stakeholders within TUI.
