Job summary

TUI Airways is seeking an Assistant Crew Controller to join the heart of the Operation, supporting pilots and cabin crew, ensuring the roster aligns with the flying programme and complies with legal and industrial agreements.

This 24/7 shift-based role offers permanent and Fixed Term Contract options, with a dynamic environment, exposure to diverse airline operations, and opportunities to influence change.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Experience with policy or legislative agreements.
• Able to consider alternatives and arrive at a logical decision.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for the Flight Deck and Cabin crew.
• Maintain and amend changes to live roster, ensuring the flying programme is maintained.
• Work closely with the Operations team and other key stakeholders within TUI.
