Job summary

TUI Airways invites you to join as a Roster Production Executive, helping plan and deliver the flying programme while ensuring legal compliance and budget alignment. You’ll use rostering systems to produce on-time rosters and support crew with queries.

Reporting to the Flight Crew Rostering Team Leader, this fixed-term contract runs to May 2028 with a training period onsite for around two months, then hybrid work with ~50% onsite in Luton. Applications close 4 September 2026.

Qualifications

• IT literacy with basic office software proficiency.
• Experience in a airline crewing/rostering environment is desirable.
• Customer service experience in fast-paced environments.
• Understanding of airline legal agreements is a plus.
• Attention to detail with strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilising Airline Rostering Systems to produce timely, legally compliant crew rosters.
• Generate statistics to measure financial and quality targets monthly, seasonally and yearly.
• Perform legality and quality checks on rosters before publication.
• Publish final rosters to crew and coordinate travel alignment.
• Handle crew queries regarding published rosters and participate in meetings/workshops.
• Identify opportunities to improve utilisation and reduce establishment costs.
• Raise and document system issues with IT, and contribute to process improvements.
• Maintain and update User Guides/Specifications for Optimisation Systems.
