Job summary

Sky is seeking a Credit Risk reporting specialist to join their team in the UK. You will deliver monthly performance reporting, craft insightful narratives linking data to business outcomes, and present concise updates to governance forums.

The role requires stakeholder collaboration across Credit Risk, Commercial, Finance and Tech, with a focus on improving reporting and embedding self-service insights. Hybrid working is offered, with three days in the office weekly.

Qualifications

• Performance reporting experience in a bank, lender or data-led regulated environment.
• Strong storytelling: turn data into a clear narrative with implications and next steps.
• Credit or lending knowledge: understanding consumer credit performance and portfolio monitoring.
• Tableau capability: practical experience to explore data and create dashboards.
• Analytical judgement: investigate root causes and distinguish signal from noise.
• Influence and collaboration: build trusted relationships and align teams.
• Delivery focus: manage recurring reporting with deeper analytics and change work.
• Clear communication: articulate complex topics for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly performance reporting and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and governance.
• Create narrative that links trends to drivers and outcomes.
• Deliver actionable insights and translate findings into recommendations.
• Shape senior conversations with concise governance updates.
• Improve reporting by reducing duplication and enhancing self-service views.
• Collaborate across Credit Risk, Commercial, Trading, Finance, Product, Operations and Tech.
• Support change by shaping new reporting and governance approaches.
• Develop capability by sharing best practices in analysis and storytelling.
