In this role, you’ll lead the development of credit risk models and decisioning strategies, using data from credit bureaus and internal analytics. You’ll design and implement statistical models to assess risk, run A/B tests to refine credit policies, and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for the wider business. Your work will directly influence lending decisions, support portfolio growth, and help maintain a robust and scalable risk framework as the company grows.
