Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a senior leader for its Credit Risk team in the UK, based in Leeds with hybrid working options across the UK. You will lead credit modelling, analytics and governance for major financial institution clients, guiding projects from design to delivery.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, develop talent, and drive innovative solutions in IFRS9, RWA and stress testing, while fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Expert credit modelling skills and experience with IFRS9, IRB and forecasting/stress testing regimes.
• Understanding of management of credit financials, governance and stakeholder perspectives.
• Strong skills with modelling software and data visualisation.
• Ability to lead and develop talent within diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Credit Risk team, including project management and client engagements.
• Develop talent and capability, acting as a role model for Deloitte’s values.
• Build long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Drive market opportunities and contribute to strategy within the Credit Risk practice.
