Recruitment Solutions (North West) Ltd is seeking a Credit Analyst to join our Finance Team. You will assess new and existing credit applications, conduct credit checks and analyse financial data to determine creditworthiness, while maintaining accurate records.

You will provide recommendations on credit limits and terms, monitor accounts for risk, and produce regular credit risk reports for management. A strong analytical mindset and Excel proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in Credit Risk, Credit Analysis, Finance or similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to assess financial information and make evidence-based decisions.
• Comfort with presenting data clearly using Excel or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Assess new and existing credit applications to determine creditworthiness.
• Conduct credit checks and analyze financial data, payment history and related info.
• Recommend credit limits and terms aligned with company policy.
• Monitor accounts for potential credit risks or changes in circumstances.
• Provide clear feedback and recommendations to internal stakeholders on credit decisions.
• Prepare regular credit risk reports and analyses for management.
• Maintain accurate records of credit assessments and decisions.
• Identify trends and risks within the customer portfolio.
• Support the Finance Team with ad-hoc credit analysis projects.
• Ensure all credit decisions comply with internal procedures and regulations.
