Job summary

VF Corporation seeks a Reporting Lead within the Credit Management Team in the United Kingdom. You will manage, motivate and develop direct reports, driving accuracy and overseeing dashboards, automated outputs and ad hoc analytics.

You will use Cognos, SQL and data visualization tools to translate data into meaningful insights, supporting finance decisions and continuous improvement across the reporting function.

Qualifications

• Experience using Cognos for reporting and analytics.
• Ability to work with data visualization tools to present insights.
• Working knowledge of SQL; Python or automation tools advantageous.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VBA and macros.
• Ability to interpret data from multiple sources into actionable insight.

Responsibilities

• Manage, motivate and develop direct reports to improve team efficiency.
• Identify requirements for new/ enhanced management information.
• Guide prioritisation within the Reporting Team to align with Finance/Credit objectives.
• Oversee creation and maintenance of report formats, dashboards and automated outputs.
• Provide data-led insights to the Credit Management Team and support decision-making.
• Act as escalation point for reporting and data issues with BI, tech and stakeholders.
