We are seeking a Credit Lead (underwriter) to join this initiative and help build the credit function from the ground up.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant credit experience.
• Strong experience in credit underwriting and structuring.
• Background in fintech & payments is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and structure credit facilities, including revolving facilities and working capital loans.
• Analyse financial statements, cash flows, liquidity and repayment capacity.
• Determine lending amounts, terms, covenants, security and risk protections.
• Develop credit policies, underwriting guidelines and templates from scratch.
• Monitor credit risk and borrower performance with risk-monitoring processes.
• Support scaling and development of the new credit business.
