Job summary

Morgan Stanley is recruiting for an Associate in Credit Derivative Trade Support (CRD TSG) in London. The role emphasizes risk awareness, ownership of initiatives, and pragmatic decision-making to safeguard the firm’s interests.

You will liaise with Trading, Sales, Legal, Finance Controllers, and Operations to ensure correct booking in risk systems and timely resolution of issues, while working across IT and project teams to enhance processes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of credit derivatives including CDS and other products.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level control and escalation in collaboration with Trading and Sales.
• Ensure accurate trade bookings in risk systems and reconciliation with counterparties.
• Act as liaison to other departments to resolve trade breaks and issues.
• Drive process improvements with IT and Projects Groups; deliver concrete results.
• Provide training and guidance to junior specialists.
