Job summary

Morgan Stanley is recruiting for an Associate in Credit Derivative Trade Support (CRD TSG). The role requires strong risk awareness and ownership of initiatives to support front-to-back operations across CDS, CMBX, ITraxx, TRS and related products.

You will liaise with Trading, Sales, Legal, Finance Controllers and Operations to ensure accurate trade booking and regulatory readiness. The successful candidate will work with IT and Projects to drive system enhancements and best practices, while

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Credit Derivatives.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Performance-driven, proactive with the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Partner with Trading and Sales to provide the first level of control and escalation.
Ensure trade bookings are correctly reflected in risk systems and tied out with the Counterparty.
Serve as intermediary between the Trading desk and other bank areas to resolve issues and ensure breaks are resolved.
Lead and coordinate with Controllers, Settlements and Confirmations to resolve issues and ensure smooth operation.
Manage critical projects or process improvements with IT and Projects Groups.
Provide training and direction to junior specialists.
