Clockwork Organisation Ltd t/a Travail Employment are recruiting a Credit Controller based in Wrexham. This permanent role offers 8:30am-5pm, Monday to Friday, with a salary of £30,000 per annum and benefits including life assurance, enhanced pension, private medical care, and 31 days holiday.

You will manage about 1,500 customer accounts across two companies, handle remittances in SAP, and ensure timely payments.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication by phone and email with customers.
• Strong computer literacy is essential for day-to-day tasks.
• Experience with SAP is advantageous, though full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 1,500 customer accounts across two companies and ensure timely payment collection via email and telephone.
• Allocate remittances to ledgers and post cash within SAP.
• Reconcile customer accounts regularly to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Set up and monitor new customer accounts, including establishing credit limits.
• Provide invoice copies to support customer and internal requirements.
• Prepare and process daily banking transactions and oversee monthly direct debit collections.
