Job summary

Clockwork Organisation Ltd t/a Travail Employment in Wrexham is seeking a Credit Controller for a permanent role. The position offers an 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday schedule with a £30,000 per annum salary and modern benefits.

The role involves managing a large portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, and performing reconciliations. Training in SAP is provided if needed, with various perks and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Communicate with customers by phone in a courteous and professional manner.
• Strong computer literacy is essential for this role.
• Experience with SAP is advantageous, though not required, as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 1,500 customer accounts across two companies, ensuring timely payment collection via email and telephone communication.
• Accurately allocate remittances to ledgers and process cash postings within the SAP system.
• Perform regular reconciliation of customer accounts to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Set up and monitor new customer accounts, including establishing appropriate credit limits.
• Provide invoice copies as requested to support customer and internal requirements.
• Prepare and process daily banking transactions and oversee monthly direct debit collections.
