Job summary

Bailey Partnership in Plymouth is seeking a full-time Credit Controller to join our finance team. You will own the end-to-end credit control process, pursue overdue invoices in line with terms, and support multi-site billing with accuracy.

The ideal candidate has experience in credit control or sales ledger, excellent organizational and communication skills, and can work independently. Knowledge of Xero is a bonus, with training provided to the right person.

Responsibilities

• Proactive credit control to pursue overdue invoices and resolve bottlenecks.
• Billing management for multiple sites and timely queries handling.
• Onboard new clients, perform credit checks, and maintain ledgers.
• Collaborate with the team and deputise as needed during absences.
