Qualifications

• Experience as a Credit Controller or in Accounts Receivable.
• Insurance sector experience is preferred.
• Strong phone, negotiation and client handling skills.
• Attention to detail and process improvement mindset.

Responsabilités

• Debt collection for a portfolio of client accounts by phone, email and letter.
• Resolve billing disputes and pricing discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with premium finance houses to manage payments and instalments.
• Liaise with account handlers, brokers and finance team to improve billing processes.
