Job summary

NC Associates Ltd in Manchester City Centre is recruiting an experienced Credit Controller to join the finance team on an immediate basis. You will own a portfolio of customer accounts, proactively manage outstanding debt and build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

The role offers £30,000-£35,000 DOE, hybrid working, a permanent position and genuine opportunities to develop your career within a supportive finance team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable or Sales Ledger.
• Proven ability to manage a busy customer ledger.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of customer accounts and manage full credit control processes.
• Contact customers by phone and email to collect overdue payments.
• Monitor aged debt and prioritise accounts based on risk and value.
• Allocate and reconcile customer payments and resolve queries.
• Produce aged debt reports and update senior stakeholders.
