Job summary

WR Logistics is seeking a skilled Credit Controller in Telford to join our finance team. You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, chase overdue payments, and support cashflow performance in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has credit control or debt collection experience, familiarity with Xero and strong knowledge of accounts payable/receivable, with comfort making a high volume of calls. This is a full-time office-based role with immediate start.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control or debt collection.
• Experience with Xero.
• Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable.
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls.
• Basic Excel and finance/CRM system experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts
• Make outbound calls and emails to chase overdue payments
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on outstanding balances
• Resolve customer queries and escape issues where required
