Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking a confident Credit Controller to join our Bracknell-based finance team. This role balances proactive debt collection with building strong customer relationships and supporting month-end activities.

You will manage aged debt, reconcile accounts, and work closely with Sales, Finance and Customer Service to ensure cash is collected efficiently. Excellent Excel skills and accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control or debt collection.
• Strong reconciliations and account management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage and collect outstanding customer debt.
• Allocate payments and maintain sales ledger records.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Produce reports and customer statements.
• Resolve account queries professionally and efficiently.
