Adecco Group UK & Ireland is supporting a rapidly growing organisation in the Willerby area as they seek an experienced Credit Controller to join their team. This is a busy, customer-focused finance role focused on credit control and debt management.

You will work closely with internal finance and customer teams to support payment collection, resolve account queries, and maintain strong relationships throughout the credit control process.

Formación

• Proven experience in a credit control role.
• Excellent organisation, accuracy and time management.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Positive ambassador for the business and its values.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a customer-focused credit control service, ensuring efficient and timely communication at all stages of the process.
• Ensure the prompt collection of payments in line with company targets.
• Monitor overdue accounts and take appropriate action to reduce exposure to bad debt.
• Maximise customer retention through effective cash collection and tailored payment arrangements.
• Support customers and colleagues with billing, account and debt enquiries.
• Collaborate closely with finance and account managers to support cashflow management and resolve disputes.
