Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior credit control experience is required.
• Excellent spoken and written English; strong phone communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Contact early debt clients by phone and email to chase payment.
• Address issues causing late payments and escalate when needed.
• Document all communications and keep admin up to date.
• Support the wider team during busy periods.
• Carry out other administrative duties as required.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams.
• Contribute to compliance and quality standards.
