You will liaise with clients, document communications, and help drive continuous improvements across departments while maintaining high standards of delivery and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control is required.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Contact early debt clients by phone and email to chase payment.
• Investigate and resolve issues causing late payment; escalate as needed.
• Document all communications and keep admin up to date.
• Support the wider team during busy periods.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and compliance.
