Job summary

IVC Evidensia is seeking a Credit Controller to support the Central Collections team. This entry-level role focuses on managing client accounts, contacting clients, and agreeing repayment plans with empathy and compliance.

You will operate within a structured environment with development pathways into senior roles, while balancing customer service excellence and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, contact centre, collections or client-facing role.
• Confident communicator with ability to handle sensitive conversations calmly.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to follow processes and maintain records.
• Basic numeracy and literacy; comfortable using systems and technology.
• Willingness to learn, develop and take on feedback.
