Job summary

Accountable Recruitment is seeking a skilled Credit Controller in Widnes to protect cash flow and manage credit risk within a growing finance team. The role focuses on monitoring accounts, collecting debts, and ensuring compliance with credit policies.

You will work with Sales and Finance, produce aged debtor reports, and support month-end activities. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and overseas currency transactions is valued.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and credit management principles.
• Experience handling customer rebates and rebate reconciliations.
• Knowledge of intercompany credit arrangements and international transactions.

Responsibilities

• Assess and approve new customer credit applications per policy.
• Monitor credit limits and customer exposure; adjust as needed.
• Collect outstanding debts via phone, email, and mail; maintain records.
