Blue Oak Recruitment in Warrington is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join a high-volume business. This hands-on role focuses on cash flow, debtor management and timely payments, supporting smooth operation of daily trading.

You will chase overdue balances, review credit limits, investigate discrepancies and liaise with sales and depots. Strong Excel and ERP experience (Dynamics GP welcome) are preferred, with a proactive approach to multidimensional accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control and debt collection.
• Strong reconciliation and data entry accuracy.
• Ability to investigate discrepancies and resolve issues.

Responsabilités

• Proactively managing customer accounts and chasing overdue payments.
• Monitoring and reviewing credit limits and terms.
• Investigating payment discrepancies and outstanding balances.
• Reconciling accounts and allocating payments.
• Managing cash collections and liaising with depots.
• Cooperating with sales to enforce credit procedures and account holds.
• Reviewing accounts to identify potential issues.
• Providing updates on cash collections and debts.
• Helping improve internal processes and maintain ledgers.
