Job summary

HSS ProService Marketplace in Manchester is seeking a Credit Controller to keep cash flowing for customers, suppliers and The Pros. You will own your portfolio, solve problems, and work with teams across the business to make processes simpler and faster.

You will focus on reducing debt, meeting cash collection targets, and accurately allocating cash to client accounts. A proactive, collaborative mindset is essential for success in this hybrid role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a credit control role within a fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, professional services environment.
• Proactive, solutions-focused, and results-driven.
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives is a plus.
• Confident presenting information and attending meetings.

Responsibilities

• You will work in a target driven environment to reduce debt across your portfolio
• Within your team you will work towards targets for cash collection reducing outstanding debt
• You will have the ability to identify potential problem accounts, recommending accounts to be halted
• You will represent the company and our values of the business, remaining professional with all customers
• Ensure accurate allocation of cash to client accounts
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve aged debt and maintain healthy ledgers
