Job summary

Exclusive Networks is seeking a proactive Credit Controller to join our Accounts Receivable team. You will manage the sales ledger, reduce aged debt, and help sustain healthy cash flow across the business.

You will build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, chase overdue payments, raise invoices and pro-formas, and ensure timely, accurate postings while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage the sales ledger and overdue balances.
• Chase outstanding debts via phone, email, ticketing systems and portals.
• Raise invoices and pro-formas for fulfilled orders.
• Respond promptly to customer queries and resolve payment issues.
• Process and allocate customer payments within the accounting system.
• Maintain accurate records and update AR tracking reports daily.
• Escalate overdue balances where necessary.
• Support cash forecasting and reporting activities.
