Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Credit Controller to join our busy finance team in Newcastle upon Tyne. This office-based, full-time role focuses on chasing payments, monitoring aged debt and maintaining accurate customer records.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, perform creditworthiness assessments, and produce regular debt reports. Training is provided, and a professional, collaborative environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control or customer-facing finance preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication and data accuracy.
• Ability to chase overdue invoices via phone/email.
• Right to Work in the UK; no sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Proactively chase overdue invoices via phone and email.
• Investigate and resolve customer disputes and payment queries.
• Assess creditworthiness of clients with aged debt.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Prepare regular debt reports highlighting aged balances.
• Adhere to internal credit control procedures and escalation protocols.
• Maintain accurate customer records and payment statuses in finance systems.
• Undertake account reconciliations to support dispute resolution.
