Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a Credit Controller to join a busy team in an office-based role. The position involves chasing overdue payments, resolving queries, and supporting cash flow with strong numerical focus.

Full training will be provided, and you’ll work with colleagues across the business to assess creditworthiness, maintain records, and improve collection processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control or strong desire to start a career in this area with training provided.
• Experience using MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• GCSE Maths and English at grade 4-6 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Proactively chase overdue invoices by phone and email to support cash flow.
• Investigate and resolve payment queries and disputes with accuracy.
• Assess creditworthiness of clients and monitor aged debt.
• Maintain accurate customer records in finance systems.
• Prepare regular debt reports and escalate as needed.
