Speirs Gumley is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to manage a portfolio of residential and commercial client accounts in the Glasgow area. The role is office-based, with a Monday–Friday 9am–5pm schedule and a Friday 4pm finish in a fast-paced, high-volume billing environment.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years in credit control, familiarity with Scottish debt recovery and related property/legislation, and strong communication skills to interact with clients, solicitors, and

• Minimum 2 years' experience in credit control.
• Familiar with Scottish debt recovery, enforcement actions, and related law.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume billing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls and emails to pursue arrears.
• Perform reminders and targeted recovery actions.
• Review daily payment postings and update client accounts.
• Handle inbound client, solicitor, and third-party queries.
• Provide debt reports to the property management team.
• Flag irrecoverable debts to Head of Credit Control.
• Meet regularly with the Property Management team to discuss cases.
