Job summary

FoundU is hiring a Credit Controller for a 12 month fixed term maternity cover in Redhill, Surrey. The role combines office and home working (hybrid) and carries a £27,000 base salary plus a monthly bonus of up to £350 and benefits.

You will manage a busy B2B ledger, chase debts daily, and work with dealers and customers to improve cash collection. The successful candidate will have 2–3 years in credit control, a proven debt-collection track record, and excellent relationship and numerical

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in credit control in a high-volume environment.
• Experience handling B2B customers and dealer networks.
• Proven track record of meeting collection targets.
• Calm, confident when resolving queries and chasing debts.
• Strong relationship skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage a ledger of ~1,500 B2B accounts daily.
• Chase outstanding debt with 30 outbound calls per day.
• Make pre-emptive calls in the last week of the month to secure cash.
• Resolve queries and keep credit processes SLA-compliant.
• Conduct credit limit reviews as needed.
• Help team hit monthly cash collection and 90+ day targets.
